Rod and his team were excellent to work with. My property was not an easy sell. It was an owner built home, small and unfinished, though in a nice location, and built better than code. The timing was also not so good, as I listed the property in the fall, just before the mortgage rates went up. Rod was polite and respectful, but clear and extremely accurate about the real market value of the property. His team took excellent photos, and while being up front about the unfinished state of the home, emphasized the good points of the property in their description. They were very good with communication, getting back to me asap if I had questions or concerns, providing feedback from the viewings, and keeping track of all the many details, making sure that everything got done in a timely manner. After a few months, the right person for the property came along. The selling price was almost exactly what Rod had predicted it would be.
