I Can’t Find My Next Dream Home

The #1 concern I am hearing from most sellers here in Vernon and the Okanagan is “I can’t find my next dream home….”

Right now, in this White-Hot Real Estate Market, sellers are getting multiple offers above list price - it is very exciting to experience this newfound real estate wealth. The very same market is serving a dose of reality to homeowners who sell their homes, turn around, and find a tougher market to buy in.

Unless you are buying in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick, where home values are some of the lowest in Canada, every Okanagan seller is left with the challenge of finding their next dream home in this challenging seller's market.

These long close or move-out dates give our clients more time to plan, find and move to their next dream home.
